About Us

The NO movement was established in May 2025 to bring together the Black (i.e.: non-white) Community to improve the safety, opportunity, social equity, and prosperity of the Community.

Community and economic safety is under attack.

Racism is on the rise in the workplace, in education, in healthcare, in education, on our streets (August 2024 race riots) and in public parks (e.g.: the murder of Brim Kohli in 2024). The Culture Wars have largely defeated #BlackLivesMatter.

Today, over 30% of Black workers face racial harassment at work. Thousands of Black lives are lost or ruined and/or economically impoverished to the effects of such harassment.

In the near future, Reform UK have promised to legalise racism (i.e.: to abolish the Equality Act 2010) if/when they gain power further to a General Election (to be held no later than 2029). They are targeting “boat people” and unwelcome foreigners; for racists, Black people are seen as being “foreign”. They seek to achieve an economic strangulation of the Black Community.

In such a “hostile environment” Black people are increasingly living disempowered and isolated lives. Only 1% of Black race victims at work formally challenge racism due to the fear of retaliation (and loss of employment) and the lack of Justice. 99% of racist incidents go unreported or unchallenged.

The lack of economic power leads to greater exploitation, with Black workers disproportionately employed in the low wage economy and currently paid 26% less than white workers. The equal pay debt owed to Black workers is currently £300 billion.

The NO movement say -

NO to racism

NO to racial injustice

NO to racial economic disadvantage

TNM is not political. It is a campaigning organisation and will work with any political party committed to its goals.

It is an allyship of anti-racist contacts.
